Our journey started over 40 years ago with a family secret — the crackle glaze technique — discovered by my father and passed down to me. I'm Dolfinn Star, a guitarist, songwriter, and slide artisan. Alongside my wife, Myfanwy, I’ve spent the last 12 years perfecting this family craft to create guitar slides that feel like something special, and really work.

Every slide we produce is a labor of love. Handcrafted in Glastonbury, England using our unique crackle glaze process, each slide is triple-fired for durability and finished with a non-toxic, high-gloss glaze. No two slides are ever the same; each one features its own organic pattern of lines.
