Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our small workshop in the UK.
United States 🇺🇸
- Free shipping on all orders over $70
- Orders under $70: $18 shipping
All US orders are shipped using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service.
This means all taxes and import duties are included in your order total — you will not be charged anything additional on delivery.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
- Free shipping on all orders
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
Europe & International 🌍
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail tracked services.
Orders outside the United States are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that local import duties, VAT, or handling fees may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times
- UK: 2–4 working days
- USA: 7–12 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
Please note that international tracking may take a few days to update while parcels are processed through the UK export system.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
As each slide is handmade, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy periods — if so, I’ll always keep you updated.
