Lifetime Guarantee Terms and Conditions

At Star Singer Slides, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our ceramic guitar slides. That’s why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our slides, so you can play with confidence.

1. Guarantee Coverage
This lifetime guarantee covers breaks and defects that occur during regular use of the slide. It does not cover loss or theft. Only the ceramic slide itself is covered under this guarantee; other items in the bundle (such as the case, leather holster, or polishing cloth) are not included.

2. Return Process

• If your slide breaks, please contact us through our contact us form page within 30 days of the incident to initiate a replacement claim.
• You will need to return the broken slide to us. Please handle with extreme caution, as broken ceramic can be razor sharp. Use protective packaging when sending it back.

3. Replacement Policy

• Upon receiving the broken slide, we will send you a replacement slide. Please note that the replacement will be for the slide only—no other items from the original bundle (such as the case, leather holster, or polishing cloth) will be included.
• A small handling fee of approximately $7.00 USD may be applied to cover processing costs associated with the replacement. This fee will be communicated to you upon receiving the broken slide.

4. Return Postage

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the broken slide and the  shipping costs of the replacement slide sent back to you.
• If you receive a defective slide and request a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new slide to you.

5. Liability Limitation

• Star Singer Slides is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use of broken slides or any mishandling during the return process.

6. Disclaimer

• This guarantee is effective as long as Star Singer Slides continues to manufacture ceramic guitar slides. Should the business cease operations, this guarantee will no longer be valid.
